![Naidu Forced To Yield To KCR!](https://www.greatandhra.com/newphotos9/ga_politics1611037702.jpeg)
Telugu Desam Party president and Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu generally puts up an aggressive posture and always claims that he is not scared of anybody and nobody can put any pressure on him.
But, Naidu is now forced to yield to the diktats of his Telangana counterpart K Chandrasekhar Rao.
The other day, Union water resources minister Uma Bharati sent messages to both the chief minister that she would be holding the meeting of Apex Council on sharing of Krishna water, as per the directions of the Supreme Court, in the wake of differences between the two states over the water issue. The meeting was apparently proposed to avoid Cauvery-type of controversy that is rocking Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.
The Centre has suggested three days for the meeting: September 11, 18 and 19, as the Union minister would be going out of the country later.
Naidu immediately responded to the letter stating that he could come only on September 19 and asked the Centre to convene the meeting. When it was conveyed to KCR, he said he wouldn’t be able to come to Delhi on September 19, as he has some other work. He said he would be available only on September 21.
And when Naidu was informed about it, he had no answer. He simply told the Centre that if Uma Bharati is willing to hold the meeting on September 21, he had no objection to come. Thus, the meeting is now being arranged on September 21. Obviously, he has to yield to KCR, because of his own compulsions!
