Amaravathi: Recently, Nara Lokesh's padayatra in Rayalaseema came to an end.
The padayatra, which began in Chittoor district, extended over several days, covering the districts of Chittoor, Anantapur, Kadapa, Kurnool, and finally, the coastal districts.
During this journey, Lokesh engaged in various activities and interactions in the Rayalaseema districts.
In Kadapa district, Lokesh went a step further by referring to himself as Nara Lokesh Reddy during special meetings with the local Reddy community.
Interestingly, some people started addressing him as Lokesh Reddy during one of these programs, a name that Lokesh seemed to embrace.
While his padayatra in Anantapur district, which was once a stronghold of the Telugu Desam Party, may not have garnered much attention, his meetings with the Reddy residents of Kadapa district sparked considerable interest.
He expressed great admiration for the Reddys of Kadapa district, emphasizing his camaraderie with them.
Coincidentally, Chandrababu is currently touring Rayalaseema in places where Lokesh has already covered.
This could imply that Chandrababu may feel that his son's padayatra failed to make a significant impact in the region.
Whether Chandrababu feels this way or not, his touring in areas already covered by Lokesh could be seen as a sign of dissatisfaction with Lokesh's padayatra.
It appears that an informal understanding has been reached among them not to visit the same areas simultaneously.
Pawan Kalyan is focusing on the Godavari districts, while Chandrababu is avoiding those regions to give space to Pawan Kalyan.
Similarly, Pawan Kalyan will not be visiting places where Lokesh's padayatra has taken place, and Chandrababu is choosing to tour areas recently visited by Lokesh, to avoid being idle.
