Telugu Desam Party president and Chief Minister designate of Andhra Pradesh N Chandrababu Naidu, who was known to be a tech-savvy person during his previous regime, seems to be back to his old style.
According to official sources, Naidu is seriously considering establishment of a Systematic Monitoring & Review System (SMRS) by utilising latest Information & Communication technologies to achieve the desired goals of public welfare schemes.
This will in turn pave the way for ensuring that the fruits of development reach each and every beneficiary, sources said.
The CM designate would also focus on his favourite power sector immediately after taking charge. He reportedly told top officials that since power sector is the base for all-round progress of the State.
“We are also keen to implement the best practices available across the globe to enhance Energy Efficiency in the field of Generation, Transmission & Distribution,” the official said.
