Giving a call to the people to unite for the cause of protection of Telangana state, BJP senior leader Dr Nagam Janardhan Reddy has made it clear that his main aim was to safeguard the interests of Telangana.
Nagam opened his ‘Bachao Telangana Mission’ office at Basheerbagh here on Wednesday. Speaking on this occasion, Nagam demanded the Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao to withdraw his cheap liquor idea immediately. He asked the Chief Minister whether the people would not be affected by consuming cheap liquor.
He asked the Chief Minister, who was mulling to demolish the old buildings to construct new buildings for Hospital and other purposes, as to why he was not taking note of farmers’ suicides.
He said that Telangana Bachao Mission will fight for the implementation of KG to PG Free Education scheme, focus on drought conditions and suicide of farmers’ issues, and made it clear that all the way the Telangana Bachao Mission will fight against the anti-peoples’ policies of the TRS government.
Interestingly, Telangana BJP state president G Kishan Reddy extended his support to Nagam Mission and said the former minister was in BJP only.
He said that the party had not given permission to Nagam to launch Telangana Bachavo Mission but the party would appreciate leaders doing good things.
