The gruhapravesham performed by Telugu Desam Party president and Andhra Pradesh chief minister for his newly constructed palatial bungalow at Jubilee Hills has virtually kicked up a war between the TDP and YSR Congress party followers in social media.
Since Naidu had kept his gruhapravesham a closely guarded secret without inviting anybody and taken enough care that not a single photograph of his house is released outside, the pro-Jagan social media has used the opportunity to sling mud at Naidu by launching a massive negative campaign.
A large number of pictures have appeared in the social media about Naidu’s new house, which have created an impression that it is the most luxurious house in the country.
A swimming pool in the first floor of the house, massive living rooms, luxurious dining hall, costliest chandeliers and massive portico etc. But finally, all of them turned out to be fake pictures of the house.
In fact, pictures of some luxurious villas, royal palaces and star hotels in Egypt, Turkey and another tourist villa in Istanbul are posted in the social media saying they were all part of Naidu’s new house.
In the past, too, the TDP leaders gave a similar projection of Jagan’s house in Bengaluru and also Lotus Pond, saying it has swimming pools, helipads, hundreds of rooms etc.
However, those days social media was not very active, but the TDP leaders planted these pictures in the print media, creating an impression that Jagan is the richest politician.
So, why should they keep their houses so secret? Let them throw their house open for public visit once, so as to clarify the real picture!
