It was on December 9th that Chandrababu Naidu announced Nagababu would be given a ministry through the MLC route. Later, he also stated that this would happen in March 2025.
But now, with just one day left for March to end and April to begin, there is still no news about Nagababu’s ministry.
Nagababu became an MLC only due to Pawan Kalyan’s influence — otherwise, there was no real support from TDP for his nomination.
Reports suggest that Nagababu even got a new outfit stitched for his swearing-in ceremony and had selected auspicious dates in March. Yet, nothing has happened so far.
What really went wrong?
Are CBN and Lokesh upset with Nagababu for his speech criticizing TDP’s Pithapuram candidate Varma on a public stage?
Are there internal pressures within TDP preventing Lokesh and CBN from giving Nagababu a ministry?
Even if not a ministry, at least a corporation chairman post could have been announced. But so far, nothing.
Nagababu has been completely sidelined, which feels like an insult. Yet, he is still waiting — determined to secure a ministry by any means necessary.
Now, the big question is — what kind of pressure will Pawan Kalyan put on TDP’s leadership to make his brother a minister?
