The time for CM Kiran Kumar Reddy resigning from his post is fast approaching, as per media reports. Now, the story doing rounds in political circles is that many senior Congress leader are lobbying for the CM’s post for the three months remaining in the run up to the general elections.
As per one version, a senior minister from Warangal has made an interesting proposal.
Many say the minister could be none other than Ponnala Lakshmaiah.
Apparently, he is said to have proposed that if he is made the CM after Kiran Kumar Reddy’s exit, he would get off the race for CM’s post in the newly formed Telangana state.
Ponnala is said to have indicated that he would go to the Parliament, after his short stint. It is being said that he has also proposed the same to other ministers from the Telangana region.
