When the Telangana turmoil was on, there were many accusations against the Seemandhra folks by the Telangana leaders.
For that matter, even KCR said “Once we come to power we will grab Seemandhras lands”. At that point, YSR who was alive condemned it severely and challenged KCR to touch one land and see.
Now, the latest statement from KCR is that Seemandhra people in Telangana are his people and the Telangana leaders must take care of them, it is their responsibility. But those who are seeing this change have a more rational explanation to the whole change.
They say “Now that KCR and his kith and kin are well settled and would get very good packages from Sonia it is okay for them. But what about those who got provoked about the Telangana fervor? They have got full scope of unleashing their muscle power on Seemandhra people who live here. They will surely take the name of KCR and family and try to grab the lands of Seemandhras. Will KCR protect them?” This is something to be answered.
