Vaastu has become an important criterion to take up any task these days.
Recently, there was a story in media that Andhra Pradesh Irrigation Minister Devineni Umamaheswara Rao had ordered that a building needs to be razed in keeping with the principles of vaastu. It is being said that a building has been pulled down by the irrigation department officials following orders from him.
Now, it has emerged that an amount of Rs 10 lakh was spent to construct the second floor in the same building. If the ministers or chief ministers believe in vaastu, they should take appropriate measures without wasting public money. But building something and then demolishing it is sheer waste of public money.
Irrespective of which government comes to power, vaastu problems are cropping up and lakhs are being wasted in the process.
