A big political development will unfold in Telugu States, a day after Sankranthi. TRS working president K T Rama Rao will meet YSRCP president Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy on Wednesday (today).
The meeting has been scheduled at 12.30 pm at Jagan's residence in Lotus Pond in Hyderabad.
TRS president and Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao has directed his son K T Rama Rao to meet Jagan and invite him to join the Federal Front to be floated by KCR before Lok Sabha polls in April.
The meeting also assumed significance in the backdrop of AP going for Assembly polls along with Lok Sabha polls in April and KTR and Jagan are expected to discuss on working out a 'joint strategy' to defeat TDP in Assembly polls and dethrone Chandrababu Naidu from CM's post.
K T Rama Rao will be accompanied by TRS whip in Legislative Council and MLC Palla Rajeshwar Reddy, TRS MP B Vinod Kumar, party general secretary Shravan Kumar Reddy.
Both KTR and Jagan are expected to speak to media after the meeting.
