Deputy CM of Andhra Pradesh, KE Krishnamurthy has once again kicked up a controversy of sorts when he said that the people of Rayalaseema would support the construction of a new capital only if irrigational and developmental priority is given to the people of Rayalseema.
Recently, Krishnamurthy embarrassed Chandrababu Naidu when he said that the YSRCP was doing a good job at utilizing the opportunities presented to them in the Assembly.
Krishnamurthy was also critical of the fact that Chandrababu was not allowing his own Ministers to respond in the Assembly.
Interestingly, Krishnamurthy said that he had voiced his concerns to Chandrababu. Everyone knows that the post of Deputy CM is a dummy one in that it has no real powers.
Probably Krishnamurthy is feeling sidelined and is hence speaking out against his Party. If this continues in future, he will fall victim to Naidu’s anger!
