Telangana Rashtra Samithi Legislature Party leader Etela Rajendar on Tuesday lambasted Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy for shamelessly clinging to his chair though the people in the entire State were cursing him.
The TRS leader told media that Kiran had no moral right to continue as Chief Minister of the State.
Stating that the Chief Minister has no knowledge of laws of the land and country’s Constitution, Rajendar reminded that the Union government had prerogative to create separate States for the sake of decentralization of power and better administration and development.
Pointing out that the Chief Minister had declared that he would stall the process of State bifurcation, the TRS leader said the AICC spokesman Sandeep Dikshit has rebuffed the loose talk of Kiran by asserting that a Chief Minister cannot stop formation of new State.
Wondering why Kiran Kumar Reddy was fanatically opposing the division of the State despite the CWC announced division of the State to carve out Telangana State, the TRS leader said they were not against the Centre giving a special package to the Seemandhra region. He also urged the Union government to render justice to the Telangana region which was at the receiving end by the Seemandhra rulers since 1956.
