Kiran Quitting On Feb. 13?

Kiran Quitting On Feb. 13?

If the reports from the Chief Minister’s camp are to be believed, Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy might step down from his post on February 13, the last day of the Assembly session.

The State Government has decided to hold a four-day budget session from February 10 to 13.

The house will see Vote on Account budget for 2014-15 to be presented by Finance Minister Anam Ramanarayana Reddy at 10.08 am on the first day.

Both the Legislative Assembly and the Council will discuss the vote on account budget.

There will be no session on February 11 and it will continue for another two days and conclude by February 13.

On the last day, Kiran is planning to give an elaborate speech once again on keeping the State united. Later, he will announce his resignation on the floor of the House, say sources.

Incidentally, the Telangana bill will be introduced in Rajya Sabha on February 12 itself and in Lok Sabha on February 13. That will be the last straw for Kiran!
