Kiran plans Constitutional crisis?

It looks like Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy wants to create some sort of constitutional crisis in the State, as a last resort to stop the division of the State.

It was evident from Kiran’s speech at Chodavaram in Visakhpatnam as part of Rachabanda programme on Friday, when he openly dared the Congress high command to take action against him.

He asserted that he would once again put forth the demand for keeping the State united, when he would meet the Group of Ministers on November 18.

And for that he was prepared to give up even his post.

He even asked the people to raise their hands against the division of the State so that it would be visible to the Delhi bosses.

By forcing the high command to sack him from the Chief Minister post, Kiran is planning to create a situation wherein it would be difficult for the Centre to find a replacement for him. And in case any leader agrees to take his post, Kiran would create a split in the party so that the Telangana resolution would get defeated in the Assembly.

If it happens, then the other parties like BJP and other NDA partners would not support the Telangana Bill in Parliament, say sources close to the CM.
