On one hand, Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy is vehemently denying the rumours that he is floating a new party.
On the other, it is being said that the ground work is on for the launch of a new party.
Kiran Kumar Reddy might be playing it safe as he will have to lose the CM’s post if he announces a new party while being in the Congress party.
He will also have to say good bye to the Congress party.
So, Kiran Kumar Reddy seems to be playing his cards close to chest.
As per the report in a popular newspaper, Kiran Kumar Reddy is said to be making all preparations to launch his party soon.
Some of his close aides and MLAs are said to have indicated the same to him.
The story also said that plans are on to give Rs 3 crore to each candidate who will contest for the Lok Sabha seat. Also, his aides are apparently getting 6 lakh T shirts made with the Swarajya logo on them.
There are some who say the T shirts will carry Jai Samaikyandhra logo on them.
It is also being said that some schemes which the CM wanted to announce before the elections are likely to be included in his party manifesto.
News is that Kiran Kumar Reddy has already appointed a manifesto committee which is aggressively working on its agenda.
With so many preparations happening, it looks like Kiran Kumar Reddy will launch his party.
Kiran Kumar Reddy has also made statements in the media that he will go with the people of Seemandhra.
This clearly shows that he intends to continue in politics and might consider floating his own party.
However, Kiran Kumar Reddy will have to take a clear stand after January 23.
