Telangana Rashtra Samithi Deputy floor leader T Harish Rao on Monday alleged that Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy and Telugu Desam Party chief N Chandrababu Naidu were having a secret pact to stall the formation of Telangana.
Harish told media that such conspiracies would not work anymore and Telangana would be a reality soon.
He claimed that the people of Seemandhra region too have understood the game plan of Kiran Kumar Reddy and Naidu and have started condemning it.
He condemned the Chief Minister for serving a notice to Speaker Nadendla Manohar seeking rejection of State Reorganisation Bill in the Legislative Assembly.
He said Kiran had violated the rules in serving the notice.
Under Rule 77, the notice should be served at least 10-days before the end of session.
However, Kiran had served the notice when only four days are left for the concluding of ongoing session, he said.
