Panchayat Raj Minister K Jana Reddy on Tuesday said creation of the Telangana State could not be stopped by any number of conspiracies by Seemandhra leaders.
Jana Reddy said while Chief Minister N. Kiran Kumar Reddy was an individual the Centre is an authority to create new States in spite of sabotage activities of Seemandhra leaders.
He also demanded that the Speaker use his powers to ensure proper functioning of the House.
The Assembly was adjourned till January 3 either with deliberate intention or due to lack of understanding, he added.
