Having realised that the formation of Telangana was going to happen within a month and that his days in the hot seat are numbered, Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy has been making best use of his position to make quick money.
This was the allegation made by Telangana Rashtra Samithi leader and Peddapalli MP G Vivek. He told media on Friday that the Chief Minister was concentrating more on earning quick bucks during this hour of crisis, instead of resigning from his post in support of United Andhra Pradesh.
He demanded an inquiry into the clearance of files by the Chief Minister in the recent times. “Moreover, Kiran Kumar Reddy has given wrong information to the GoM on Telangana issue. If he has any moral values, he should immediately resign,” Vivek said.
