As Andhra Pradesh Congress MPs, along with their TDP and YSR Congress counterparts, entered the well of the Lok Sabha to indulge in slogan-shouting in favour and against of Telangana state, one person appeared to be in a to-be or not-to-be dilemma.
TRS chief K Chandrasekhar Rao stood up near his seat and watched the entire slogan-shouting session for a while before deciding against walking into the well.
After all why take a chance when Rao is holding alliance talks with Congress leaders in Delhi!
