KCR to complain to Modi against Naidu!

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao left on a three-day trip to national capital on Thursday.

He is expected to call on Prime Minister Narendra Modi on October 10 and seek his assistance for rapid growth of Telangana State.

It is learnt that KCR may complain to Modi Government against his AP counterpart N Chandrababu Naidu for coming in the way of due share of 54% power supply to Telangana State despite AP Reorganization Act 2014 ensures it.

The Chief Minister’s tour to national capital assumes significance as the Telangana State is going to conduct a four week long Budget session from October 20. It is learnt that the CM is expecting to undergo an eye test in Delhi.

It is being touted that the CM of Telangana, who is not happy with his AP counterpart for coming in the way of development and power shortage in the State may take up the issue with Narendra Modi.

Besides informing Modi on the efforts of the TRS Government which signed a memorandum of understanding with BHEL to produce 6000 MW in three years to tide over crisis, KCR may touch upon that his government has ordered to purchase 2000 MW power immediately.

The Telangana CM may urge Modi Government to give additional power to Telangana State from Central and Southern power grids.
