Telangana TDP leader Errabelli Dayakar Rao on Tuesday attacked Telangana Rashtra Samithi chief K Chandrashekhar Rao for failing to talk on Polavaram issue in Parliament before bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh.
Dayakar alleged that KCR was very much aware of the Polavaram project and submergence of seven mandals besides offering special powers to Governor in joint capital of Hyderabad. Though the two issues were raked up by other parties in the Parliament, the TRS chief had remained tightlipped, he reminded.
The TDP leader attributed the present situation of Polavaram project which got Ordinance from President to a previous agreement reached out together by the Congress government at the Center and the TRS. “Now the TRS is making a hue and cry for political mileage,” he alleged.
Dayakar accused the TRS chief of indulging in blame game by targeting the Center and Andhra Pradesh Government for political mileage.
