Finally, Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu could able to secure the appointment of his Telangana counterpart K Chandrasekhar Rao for inviting him to foundation laying programme of AP's new capital Amaravathi on October 22.
AP CM’s office had to make repeated calls to TS CM’s office for appointment on Saturday.
Finally, the TS CM’s office confirmed the appointment asking AP CM’s office to make arrangements to meet KCR anytime after 5 pm on Sunday.
However, it did not give clarity on the venue over where to meet KCR.
Normally, KCR spends Saturdays and Sundays at his farmhouse in Erravelli on city outskirts.
May be, KCR would return from his farmhouse by 5 pm on Sunday to meet his former boss and AP CM Naidu and receive invitation at his camp office in Begumpet.
It may be recalled that AP CM Naidu had announced of visiting KCR’s house to handover Amaravathi invitation personally.
Mr Naidu will also visit Raj Bhavan to invite Governor ESL Narasimhan on Sunday.
