Bharatiya Janata Party has only one ambition: Congress-mukth Bharat (to wipe out the Congress party from the country) and has been going all out to fulfil this objective.
And, it looks like the Telangana Rashtra Samithi president and Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is fulfilling the ambition of the BJP; if one were to go by the way it is luring one Congress leader after the other into his party.
On Monday, Congress MP Gutha Sukhender Reddy took a plunge into the TRS along with former MP G Vivek and former minister G Vinod (both sons of former union minister and Congress Working Committee member G Venkatswamy).
Besides these three, Congress MLA from Miryalguda N Bhaskar Rao and CPI MLA Ravindra Kumar Ramavath also defected to the TRS. Another Congress MLA from Alampur Sampath Kumar is also expected to join shortly.
Though the Congress leaders are putting up brave front, it is pretty evident that the TRS is eyeing on wiping out the Congress party completely, as it had almost done with the TDP and the YSR Congress party.
Even if a few leaders are left with the Congress, they do not gel with each other as a result, the party is soon going to become a ship without rudder.
And this is what the BJP wants all over the country. In Telangana, it does not have power to do so; and hence, the TRS is fulfilling its ambition here!
