KCR Does A Modi In Assembly!

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on Friday virtually did a Narendra Modi in the State Assembly by seeking the cooperation of all the political parties in developing the state into “Bangaru Telangana.”

It may be mentioned that Modi, too, while speaking in Parliament a couple of days ago, stated that the BJP, despite having full majority in the House, would like to take all the Opposition parties into confidence while taking key policy decisions.

“We have no arrogance for having majority. We will need support of all the parties in developing the country,” he said.

KCR, too, made a similar statement in the Assembly on Friday. He said the TRS did not want to claim credit for the development of Telangana; but wants all parties’ involvement in the effort. He suggested that all political parties work as a team to ensure fast pace development of Telangana State.

KCR said that the TRS Government alone could not achieve any goals set for the new State. He said that the Telangana would not achieve growth and development unless all political parties and leaders play their role.

He said that the TRS Government would convene all-party meetings frequently to seek the suggestions of all leaders on different issues. KCR announced that the first all party meeting will be held for three consecutive days on June 15, 16th and 17th to discuss different issues concerning the new State.
