Kapu Leader Warns Against Using Chiranjeevi, Pawan

Chandrababu Naidu's strategy of using Pawan Kalyan to offset any dissension towards him from the Kapu community seems to have failed. At least with one Kapu leader, Mudragadda Padmanabham.

“Including the Kapus in the BC community, allotting a thousand crore annually for the welfare of Kapus and starting a corporation exclusively for the welfare of Kapus, were the promises made by Chandrababu Naidu during the elections.

Hence we voted him to power. Now he is not acting on any of his promises. We will not be deceived if he thinks he can escape from these promises by using Chiranjeevi or Pawan Kalyan. We will intensify our agitation for justice,” said Padmanabham speaking to the media.

In the wake of Hari Rama Jogaiah’s revelations that Chandrababu was the mastermind behind the murder of the most popular Kapu politician ever, Vangaveeti Ranga, there has been discontent brewing in a section of the Kapu population.

Immediately, Chandrababu ordered a commission to examine the feasibility of providing reservation to Kapus apart from sanctioning a corpus fund of Rs 100 crore for their welfare.

And then he had Pawan Kalyan fly from Hyderabad to Vijayawada in a chartered plane where both the friends talked for nearly an hour, probably regarding the script of ‘Sardar’.
