On one side the Narendra Modi wave as the next Prime Minister is going across the nation but on a regional level, a new scene is emerging.
The likes of AIDMK, Shiv Sena, JD (U) are planning to form a group and they want to create a new opponent for Modi. So, if the regional fervor gets strong then Modi will not get the majority.
In that phenomenon, they are thinking that Jayalalithaa is a good choice as Prime Minister. Many might laugh this off as a joke but the way discussions are happening chances are there that ‘Amma’ as she is called might announce her candidature for the Prime Minister post.
We run on coalition governments and there is no single party dominance for governance in the last few decades.
Whatever happens, it should be in the best interest of the country and its people. As such, Jaya’s focus is more on welfare than development.
On the other hand, Modi has got development vision and Gujarat is the best example as it has seen welfare and development proportionately.
