Jana Opposes Kiran Visit To Nalgonda

Panchayatraj minister K Janareddy on Wednesday indicated that the people of Nalgonda district were not willing to accept Chief Miniter N Kiran Kumar Reddy’s visit to the district to call on flood affected farmers.

“We have no objection if the Chief Minister wants to visit the district. But the people will not tolerate if he visits as an opponent of State bifurcation,” he said.

He reminded that Kiran was a leader and representative of both the regions. But being a Chief Minister, Kiran Kumar Reddy should not oppose the bifurcation which was not proper on his part, he said adding that the State would be bifurcated even if there was a need to amend the laws.

However, the minister said the State would be divided in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution. Telangana did need no sympathy or help from YSRC party, Jana Reddy said.
