What is the latest buzzword doing among the Telangana protagonists with regard to Samaikyandhra leaders? It is Jakichan.
Well, it is not the name of any Chinese actor. It symbolizes three leaders – Jagan, Kiran and Chandrababu Naidu, who have been strongly opposing the Telangana formation.
The name was first coined by Telangana leader and BJP MLA Nagam Janardhan Reddy and has now become a favourite word for Telangana groups to attack the trio for opposing the bifurcation.
Nizamabad MP Madhu Yashki Goud on Tuesday said he would send relevant papers of the Constitution to the three leaders – Jagan, Kiran and Naidu if they didn’t know about the country’s statute.
He said the trio was opposing division of the State fearing that the upper castes might lose power due to division of the State.
He alleged that the Seemandhra leaders, who raised Jai Telangana slogan earlier for sake of power, were now raising Jai Samaikyandhra slogan for the same.
Alleging that the Seemandhra leaders were deceiving the people of Seemandhra region, Yashki asked the people not to believe in their leaders’ statements.
