YSRCP head Jagan has made a new proposal. He is asking why there should be a discussion for days regarding bifurcation.
What he is saying is actually interesting.
He says, “A discussion has been started regarding bifurcation in the Assembly. Where is the need for discussion for bifurcation? Call all the members to the Assembly one day. Ask them if they are for or against bifurcation. Go by what the majority of the members vote for.”
Jagan accused CM Kiran Kumar Reddy and TDP head Chandra Babu Naidu of playing games instead of deciding the matter in one day.
He further said that when YS Rajasekhara Reddy was alive, no one dared to talk about bifurcation.
Now, the same people were bringing about a division of the state. He made these statements during the Chittoor Samaikya Sankharavam.
However, his comments are likely to draw flak. By asking for voting on a single day without any discussion, he can be accused of indirectly supporting quick bifurcation.
