YSR Congress Party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy would resume his “Odarpu Yatra” (tour to console families of those who had committed suicide after YSR’s death) along with his second phase of Samaikhya Shankaravam in Chittoor district on December 27 to muster public support to the demand of united Andhra Pradesh.
Speaking to the media here, YSR Congress Party Program Committee State Convener Thalashila Raghuram said Jaganmohan Reddy would launch second phase of Samaikhya Shankaravam at Palamaneru in Chittor district.
The yatra would reach four junctions by mid-day on December 27. Jagan would unveil Y S Rajasekhara Reddy statues at Pathikonda and Palamaneru and console family members of a person, who died of heart attack on hearing death of Y S Rajasekhara Reddy in a chopper crash, he added.
Raghuram disclosed that a public meeting would be held at Rayalapeta on December 27 and Jagan would console a family in Kammapalem. The party president would stay in the residence of former MLA Gurunath Reddy that night, he added.
Jagan started first phase of Samaikhya Shankaravam in Kuppam Constituency in the same district.
