Ever since YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy entered active politics in 2009, people have been seeing him only in one-type of dress – vertically-striped shirt with full hands folded up to wrists and formal trousers.
He was seen in white and white dress only at the time of his father Y S Rajasekhar Reddy’s death. During his recent visit to London, his party released some pictures showing Jagan in T-shirts and jeans, playing golf and chess.
His simple look and formal attire apparently did not go down with the people in the last elections, as they are used to visualise politicians in a typical dress.
May be, his dressing might have given the impression among the people that he is too young and immature, compared to Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu who appeared experienced and senior in his dressing style.
That is perhaps why Jagan is now said to be contemplating undergoing a complete makeover as a typical politician.
It is learnt his personal astrologer and palmist M N Ramana Rao reportedly suggested a dress code for Jagan stating that it would fetch him good results in the next elections.
Accordingly, Jagan is said to have tried a few typical politician dresses and selected a couple of them. So, very soon, we are going to see Jagan in a new look!
