Telugu Desam Party senior leader Dr Kodela Siva Prasada Rao alleged that YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy staged a fake “deeksha” at his Lotus Pond house for United Andhra Pradesh.
Speaking to the media on Wednesday, Kodela alleged that the Congress high command was harassing the State in the form of ‘five devils’.
He charged the YSRCP with succumbing to the Congress party tactics in the guise of Samaikyavadam. He said the TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu has succeeded in bringing the State problems to the notice of national leaders through his deeksha in Delhi.
Alleging that Jagan was staging fake deekshas sitting in his home, he said the people would teach a fitting lesson to Jagan.
Another senior leader Gali Muddu Krishnama Naidu, speaking to the media at Vizianagaram district, alleged that AICC chief Sonia Gandhi and PCC chief Botcha Satyanarayana were responsible for the prevailing situation in the State.
