Hyderabad: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and his team have decided to challenge the judicial order which gave a stay on the suspension of Roja from the Assembly for one year.
As of now, it seems to have turned into a prestige issue for both the TDP and YSRCP.
The media naturally is giving a lot of publicity to the developments. But in hindsight, the move to oppose the judicial order by the TDP seems to be a well-thought strategy.
The more the attention that is focused on the Roja issue, the lesser will be the spotlight on any Bills that Naidu and Co will seek to pass in the meantime. In other words, it provides a perfect ‘cover-fire’ for the TDP.
Will Jagan be smart enough to sense this and not deviate from the bigger picture?
