The TRS leadership is planning to get Revanth Reddy suspended from the 'Assembly' once he comes out on bail.
It is debatable whether an MLA can be suspended even while the inquiry against him is going on in the court.
But the TRS leadership says there have been many instances in the past where members were suspended by a resolution despite the Court coming out with a final verdict on their guilt.
It is quite obvious that the TRS is going all out for the blood of Revanth whom they as their most dangerous critic. But even if they do manage to suspend him, it will make no difference in the overall scheme of things.
In fact, they had suspended Revanth for the major part of the earlier Assembly proceedings. So Revanth started speaking to the media directly. And now thanks to the ‘cash for vote’ scandal, even a small child in AP and Telangana knows his name.
He has got publicity worth hundreds of crores for free. But what about his reputation? This is India, folks! Do the politicians care?
