It is being said that TRS leader K Chandrasekhara Rao has already started discussions about who should be made ministers and which IAS officers should be sitting in the Secretariat.
Since the exit polls have predicted a clear majority for TRS in Telangana, KCR seems to be confident of winning.
Apparently, he is also listing out the IAS officers belonging to the Telangana cadre. But political observers feel that KCR need not rush things.
Though the results will be out on May 16, he will have to wait till June 2 for the state to be formally bifurcated.
Many feel it would be better if he makes his decision within the next fortnight.
