KCR applied for a diplomatic visa to the United States. He completed the formalities by visiting the 'Consulate' on Thursday sparking off speculation that a visit to the United States was imminent.
However, Venugopala Chary, the official representative of the Telangana government in New Delhi said that it was just a routine visit.
Stating that the visa would be valid for a period of ten years and that there were no imminent plans to visit the US.
The primary speculation was that when KCR would visit the US, he would utilize the occasion to get a full medical check-up done. There have been rumors doing the rounds for some time now regarding KCR’s health.
In fact, during a recent interview given to Deccan Chronicle, when Harish Rao was asked about a possible rivalry with KTR, son of KCR, he dismissed the question saying that KCR was in very good health and that both he and KTR loved working under KCR.
