Andhra Pradesh government has planned to construct an international airport, educational institutions and other commercial complexes in the border of Khammam and Nuziveedu by de-notifying the forest area.
The expert team has suggested that international airports can be built in Vishakhapatnam and Vijayawada and proposed that runways should be built in every district so that the flights can land in every district.
Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu discussed the advantages and disadvantages of this plan and ordered his officials to come up with necessary plan of action.
If Nuziveedu gets an international airport, then that place will be developed in no time and might become a major hub in Andhra Pradesh.
