With the High Court making it clear that there is no reason to believe that Telugu Desam Party president and Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu had a role in the cash for vote scam, the case has come back to square one.
If it was not the voice of Naidu, then whose voice was that which was clearly heard saying: “Mana Vaallu briefed me.. (Our people have briefed me)” and other sentences? The investigation has to probe into this.
“I am not going to leave Naidu at any cost. The High Court was wrong in saying that my petition was not fit for admission. But I have every right. There is every evidence to prove that Naidu had sought to purchase MLAs and MLCs with ill-gotten money,” YSR Congress party MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy said.
He said Naidu was capable of getting cases in his favour. “But I have full faith in judiciary. I will move the Supreme Court again and fight till the end,” he said.
