Telanana TDP senior leader and MLA Ravula Chandrashekar Rao on Monday strongly opposed the possible inclusion of Sanathnagar MLA Talasani Srinivas Yadav in the Council of Ministers of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao.
Speaking to media persons in Assembly premises here on Monday, Ravula said that Talasani's inclusion in cabinet would not only be undemocratic, but unethical.
He said Talasani got elected as MLA on TDP ticket. Therefore, he should resign from his post and seek re-election to become a TRS minister.
He said KCR could make Talasani even the Chief Minister if he gets re-elected on TRS ticket.
Ravula accused KCR of acting against the spirit of democracy and constitution.
He said adding a rebel MLA in the State cabinet, without even waiting for the disposal of disqualification petition, was against the rules.
