A star has to do at least a couple of films to be in circulation among his fans and audiences. Right now, Prabhas has allotted nearly two and half years for the shooting of Baahubali.
Naturally, this hasn’t gone well with his fans. They are unhappy that an actor like him must have more films in his film list.
But since he has blocked all his dates for Baahubali, there are some people who feel that while Baahubali might be a superior film in terms of technology, it will not make him a Hollywood star.
They feel that he should not restrict himself to one film for so long and they want him to squeeze in more films in between.
Actually, Prabhas could have easily done a film on the lines of Mirchi if he had wanted. However, he chose to focus on Baahubali as he wanted something that would out do the success of Chatrapati.
But the long gap might alienate him from his fans and they may not receive Baahubali with wide open arms. Of course, there is no doubt that Baabhubali will be a landmark film in Prabhas’ career.
Like mentioned earlier, there are others who strongly feel that he must take a break from Baahubali and do regular films in between.
