Though Nagarjuna has been lobbying a lot to clear his name from the problem that has popped up regarding the N Convention Centre, today’s decision by High Court hasn’t come as a welcome move for the senior actor.
The High Court merely ordered the state government to take the necessary steps legally. It has to be noted that it did not give a ruling against the Telangana government. But it has made it clear that action has to be taken only after issuing notices to those blacklisted.
The Court also asked the details of the Tammudi Kunta Lake to be submitted after checking its minimum water retaining capacity.
Now, there is talk that following the HC ruling, there would be no problems regarding the steps that the Municipal Corporation intends to take against Nagarjuna.
Legal analysts are also confirming the same. So, looks like the decision will not give any respite to Nagarjuna.
