The recent statement by Nara Lokesh that anyone criticizing the TDP on social media would be jailed has come true with the arrest of Inturi Ravi Kiran.
This inability to digest criticism is nothing but frustration at losing popular support on the part of the ruling Party. It also exposes the double standards of the yellow men.
The allegation that YS Jagan had amassed Rs 1 lakh crore through ill-gotten means was started and spread on social media by the TDP. They literally brainwashed the people into believing this was true.
It was the TDP which first started a separate wing for social media for the Party and even gave it an exclusive office.
All the people employed in that office did nothing but smear the reputation of YS Jagan day in and day out till the day Chandrababu became CM.

Now in power and having badly failed on all fronts, it is but natural that people speak out on social media.
