Fact Sheet: Worse Than Jinnah

Mohammad Ali Jinnah is hated by Indians for being the architect of the country’s division. At that time, Jinnah’s primary contention was that, “Our language is different, our cultures and customs are different.” Sounds ominously familiar, don’t they?

Well, they are the same words used by the Jinnah of Andhra Pradesh, KCR to divide the State and pit the people of the regions against one another.

But while India was rid of Jinnah after partition, the same cannot be said of KCR. Even after achieving his goal of a separate Telangana, his tirade against the Seemandhraites continues unabated.

He has again made controversial statements saying that he will not allow work on Polavaram unless the villages of those regions which have been allotted to Seemandhra are given to Telangana, that water should be released to Seemandhra only after Telangana projects attained full level and that government employees of Seemandhra should not be allowed to continue in Telangana.

It is now absolutely clear that even if Telangana were to be made into a separate country, KCR will still continue with his tirade for that is the only way he knows how to survive: divide and rule.

It is high time that someone responsible take the initiative and rein in or try to put an end to the madness plaguing the Telugu people in the form of KCR... by talking sense in to him..
