From being strangers overnight to becoming household names, few people in politics have had such a meteoric rise.
Kejriwal went on to win the jackpot, the coveted CM post in Delhi whereas Ashok Babu is now familiar to each and every household in Andhra Pradesh.
Ever since Kejriwal has become CM though, his popularity has nosedived on account of foolish statements and actions from his party.
On the other hand, Ashok Babu became a leader and highly popular after going ahead courageously with the APNGO meeting in Hyderabad.
The Seemandhra politicians are reportedly envious of his rise politically. But if they had not sold themselves out to Delhi in the first place, then Ashok Babu would have been just going about his daily job. They only have themselves to blame.
On the other hand, it remains to be seen whether these sudden stars, are really going to do anything for the welfare of the people or just prove to be another false dawn in the era of politics.
