A screenshot is circulating on the internet. It mentions "Vaaram nundi kanapadakunda thirugutunna Nara Lokesh".
When we investigated, we found that this screenshot is morphed and not from any media house.
Some people suggest Lokesh is avoiding arrest by staying in Delhi, possibly influenced by Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju's similar move.
Another group of people believe Lokesh is in Delhi to evade arrest, but for a strategic reason. He may not want both CBN and himself in jail simultaneously to prevent party from going directionless and obvious legal complications to fight the case. So he wants at least one of the two must be outside the jail.
On the other hand, a social media post has gone viral, stating that Lokesh escaped to Singapore to evade arrest. However, this information is not accurate.
He is currently in Delhi, actively managing the legal proceedings involving his father. He is also engaged in meetings with various lawyers and seeking support from influential politicians.
His idea of statying in Delhi for longer duration is also to evade any possible arrest.
