An interesting story has been circulating among media circles.
According to this latest version, it is being said that some of the YSRCP leaders had suggested to Jagan Mohan Reddy that it was vital to tell lies in politics, depending on the situation prior to 2014 elections.
However, it is said that Jagan had put his foot down and refused to make false promises which he knew cannot be fulfilled.
Once again, during his interaction with his party members at Ahvanam wedding hall in Kanoor on the outskirts of Vijayawada, some members of the party apparently pointed out that even a godly figure like Lord Krishna had lied at the time of Kurukshetra war for safeguarding dharma.
They were of the common opinion that it was pertinent to tell lies to get ahead in politics.
However, it is said that Jagan was not convinced with their argument and once again reiterated that he would not tell lies to come to power.
