Drawing suspense as to who would lead the Telugu Desam Party in the Telangana region, party president N Chandrababu Naidu on Saturday appointed TDP senior leader Errabelli Dayakar Rao as the Chairman of Telangana Telugu Desam Legislature Party.
While Naidu continues to be the overall party chief, Errabelli would take care of the party activities in Telangana region.
At the same time, Sanathnagar MLA Talasani Srinivas Yadav has been nominated as the party's floor leader in State Legislative Assembly. Revanth Reddy and R Krishnaiah will be Deputy floor leaders in the Telangana Assembly while S Venkata Veeraiah will party's Whip.
Similarly, senior leader A Narsa Reddy has been appointed as the party's leader in the Telangana Legislative Council. These appointments have been made by TDP President Nara Chandrababu Naidu.
