After a series of defiant acts and public comments against the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh, the Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar has been summoned by the party high command to come to Delhi.
He, along with the PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana will be in New Delhi to participate in the Andhra Pradesh's Congress Coordination Committee, scheduled to be held on Friday.
The Chief Minister has been asked to make himself available in the national capital on Friday. While the PCC chief is likely to reach Delhi on Thursday.
Kiran is expected to fly to Delhi on Friday. The Deputy Chief Minister Damaodara Rajanarasimha is already in Delhi. The process of bifurcation of the state is reaching its final stages now.
The Congress central leadership is likely to take the state leaders into confidence on several issues like the forthcoming all-party meeting, political situation in the state and the pros and cons of placing the draft Telangana bill in the state Assembly.
The meeting is tentatively slated on Friday evening in Congress party war room, where Digvijaya Singh would likely preside over the meeting and union minister Chiranjeevi may be one among other leaders to take part in the meeting.
