The TDP MPs in Delhi are saying that if Chandrababu Naidu says anything in the state, nothing happens. They say that if anyone wants any work, they should go to Lokesh and the file may be cleared only then.
Delhi leaders also know that Lokesh has become a power center, which is why they recently gave Lokesh an appointment two days after Chandrababu Naidu came to Delhi.
A leader said that even when the cabinet meeting is going on, Chandrababu looks at Lokesh's face for every decision, and he reads the SMS sent by Lokesh while he is in the meeting and speaks accordingly.
It is reported that there has been a stir in TDP due to Lokesh's pending decisions. Finally, the leaders are upset when Lokesh issued an order not to come to the party office without an appointment.
Lokesh emerged as a powerful person in TDP and without his blessing nothing is going to happen, as per TDP insiders.
