Chandrababu Has No Business In Hyd: KCR

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao who launched "E-campaign" for TRS in GHMC polls by addressing a press conference at Telangana Bhavan for nearly two hours on Thursday made it clear that AP CM N Chandrababu Naidu has no business to tour in Hyderabad for GHMC elections and he should confine himself to new capital Amaravathi and his state Andhra Pradesh.

KCR said Naidu has more than enough work to do and job on hand to work in AP and he has no need to come to Hyderabad for political reasons.

KCR termed Naidu's two-day campaign in Hyderabad for GHMC elections as a 'futile effort' saying TRS winning Mayor seat is a foregone conclusion and Naidu should not waste his time by touring Hyderabad.

All the surveys done by TRS and other parties revealed that TRS would emerge as the single largest party in GHMC elections.

"I don't say TRS would get 60, 70 or 80 seats but it is sure to the single largest party. Even if it fell short by 5-10 seats from bagging Mayor seat, the deficit can be filled by our ex-officio voters, who is our MLAs, MLCs, MPs etc.

Still, there is MIM party, which is our friendly party, who will be always there to extend support to us. This is a clear picture. There is nothing poor Chandrababu can do in Hyderabad to change this with his campaigning.

It's nothing but a futile exercise. He instead spend the same time on developing new capital Amaravathi and his state AP."
